Covid-19 Document Uploads
Welcome to the Covid-19 Document Page
We want everyone to feel safe at the Nettelhorst Photography Event and so we have decided to make it required for everyone, including instructors, staff and attendees, to be either fully vaccinated or have proof of a negative covid test within three days of the event, in addition to our full Covid policy below.
We understand this is short notice, but it will create a safer event for everyone. If this is not possible for you, please reach out to us to further discuss. These documents will need to be uploaded before you arrive and will be confirmed when you check-in at the event.
Please upload your vaccine card or negative Covid test here at least the day prior to attending.

*Note for iPhone users: An HEIC file which is the default format on an iPhone will not be compatible to upload. Here are instructions for how to take jpeg pictures on your iPhone instead.
COVID-19 Policy
We will follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines including the following:
Everyone must be either fully vaccinated or have proof of a negative covid test within 3-days of the beginning of the event.
Masks or face coverings are required by all staff, instructors and attendees indoors (except when eating).
We are working with the various locations to do our best to provide group seating that is spread out for group meals and classroom sessions.
Soap, hand sanitizer and face coverings will be provided when necessary.
Please stay home if:
- You have tested positive for COVID-19 or are showing COVID-19 symptoms.
- You have had close contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 14 days.
