Please carefully read the Liability Waiver.

Each participant in a Nettelhorst Images, Inc. (NI) event must accept terms in order to participate in that event.
NI reserves the right to cancel or change activities without prior notice. In consideration of my participation in the event, I do hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless NI, its officers, employees, staff, instructors, volunteers, their representatives, and land managers where these activities occur from any and all liability by reason of any damage, including consequential damage, and/or loss, expenses, or injury arising from my participation in this event, including that caused solely or in part by the fault, including but not limited to ordinary negligence, gross negligence and/or recklessness, of the above-named parties. This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. I hereby further consent that any photograph, video, and/or audio recording I submitted for and/or was captured of me during my participation in an NI activity may be used without compensation to me for the purposes of publicity or advertising of NI activities, as to any media.
