The final session is devoted to instructor feedback of your field trip images and assignments. This course is designed for users of a digital SLR camera, but smartphone users will definitely benefit from the topics presented as well. Prerequisite: working familiarity with your equipment and basic camera settings such as f-stop, ISO, shutter speed, etc. and ability to load your images to a flash drive. Instructor: Deb Simpson
Deb’s interest in, and love of, photography began in high school as she worked with film and her father’s manual 35mm camera in science class. A long career in the travel field, working as a travel consultant and finally as the director of sales and marketing in a travel-related business enabled her to explore her love of photography through travel. Deb views photography as a medium to explore one’s creative side, interact with nature and a way to bring the world home with her from her travels. Deb has developed her photography skills through numerous classes, conferences, workshops, and much, much practice! Deb joined the Nettelhorst Images team in 2018 as a marketing consultant, photography teacher and coach.
