OUTING, WORKSHOP AND CLASS CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel an outing registration, you must do so no less than 45 business days prior to the event’s date to receive a refund, less an administrative fee, as listed for the individual event. If you cancel in 45 days or less prior to your event, there is NO refund of the registration fee paid, unless a replacement participant is provided, in which case, the refund is less an administrative fee.
Should you need to cancel a workshop or class, you must do so no less than 90 business days prior to that workshop or class beginning date to receive a refund, less an administrative fee, as stated with the individual event (plus any transaction fees that apply).
Some events have a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT or REGISTRATION FEE. In most cases, providing a replacement participant will guarantee a refund of a non-refundable fee, less an administrative fee. These non-refundable fees and possible refund exceptions are noted in the individual events, along with any further terms and conditions applied to Nettelhorst Images, Inc. Workshops and Classes. These will be provided at the time of sign up or at request.
Although Nettelhorst Images, Inc. almost never cancels events, Nettelhorst Images, Inc. reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason whatsoever. If Nettelhorst Images, Inc. needs to cancel an event for any reason, a full refund or credit for another workshop, outing or class taken within 12 months will be issued promptly following cancellation. This refund will be the limit of Nettelhorst Images, Inc.’s liability. As an example, Nettelhorst Images Inc. is NOT responsible for reimbursement of any prior travel or lodging arrangements regarding the event you canceled. We encourage all participants to consider purchasing travel insurance. Please check on your workshop status before making travel arrangements.
If you would like to transfer to a different event, or different dates for the same event, we would be happy to accommodate your request on a space-available basis and with the payment of an administrative fee. If you transfer more than 45 days prior to your originally scheduled course, the administrative fee will be $50. Transfers are not possible 45 days or less prior to the event for which you are registered.
