Terrie Jacobson
I grew up loving nature and wildlife. My passion for photography started in 2003 after
moving into our rural, wooded, home in Rochester Minnesota. Nature at its best
surrounded me and seemed like it was calling me to capture its moments with my new
camera.
Photography is my looking glass. I strive for my photographs to give a feeling of looking at
a hidden world. It is so fulfilling to create a unique picture that not only shows beauty but
evokes a sense of wonder and mystery. As a self-taught photographer who constantly seeks
the artist within, I so enjoy the artistry that is inherent in photography.
Another love of mine is teaching. I enjoy the challenge of breaking down an activity to
make it easier for someone to learn.
